Chef Shawn McManus of Savory Creations cooking school in La Crosse and Top Five Finalist on Spike TV's reality cooking competitions Frankenfood will be conducting a one-hour cooking demonstration for all ages. The demonstration will consist of a great summer salad recipe that the whole family can prepare. Chef Shawn will be touching on knife skills, food facts, and fun garnish presentations. Food samples and recipes will be distributed to the crowd. Tips and tricks from a local TOP CHEF!
