All scholarships must be claimed within three years of the year you competed for Miss Sparta. If you were on royalty, your scholarship may be claimed after you successfully complete your year on royalty AND one semester of college. Scholarship amounts may vary based on the royalty member's fulfillment of royalty events as determined by the Miss Sparta Pageant Committee and Sparta Festivals during the year of service.
Outstanding Teen winners must wait until they have successfully completed their year on royalty and their participation in Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen. Teen scholarships may be claimed toward dance or music lessons, school trips, etc. as deemed appropriate by Sparta Festivals. Award must be claimed within three years of the conclusion of her year as a titleholder.
Jr. Miss Sparta (beginning in 2017) must claim their $100 award within three years of the successful completion of their year on royalty using the form below.
Non-finalists (in the Miss category ONLY) may claim their scholarship after they have completed the pageant and Butterfest commitments AND one semester of college.
These requests are typically approved at Butterfest meetings which take place the third Tuesday of each month (except June, December, and sometimes November). Be sure to leave ample time if you need to meet a university deadline.
